Our Gourmet Burger Patties are made from a combination of two types of 100% Australian beef and marinated in our secret herbs and spices blend. Our Gourmet Burgers are served in between lightly toasted brioche buns which are delivered fresh daily by the peninsula baker boys.
All Gourmet Burgers are accompanied by hot crispy chips and aioli.

EVERY WEDNESDAY
PARMA MANIA FOR PARMA LOVERS

Each Parma is made with fresh Aussie grown free-range chicken breast cut to 300g, crumbed to our specification to the perfect thickness ready to cook. When ordered, each Parma is grilled on the hot plate (and NEVER deep fried) to achieve the perfect crispness. Once cooked, it is layered with a slice of shaved Virginia ham and covered with our in house quality Italian Napoli sauce, which is slow cooked for over 8 hours, based on a family recipe. Each Parma is then topped with Australian Mozzarella and grilled for the best flavour and finish - GLORIOUS!

All Parma’s are served on a bed of potato chips, vegan options available.

We recommend you enjoyed with an ice cold beer.

Using only the best cuts of meat - sourced from one of Australia’s best and largest supplier - guarantees quality. The cattle is raised in the open lush green, temperate regions of Northern Australia and are grain fed for 100 days without hormones, steroids or non-therapeutic antibiotics. They are graded under the Meat Standards Australia grading system to ensure the meat delivers on its eating quality promise. The meat is then aged to guarantee the tenderness & juiciest steaks in its natural flavour - enjoy!

Choose a meal to suit your taste buds like our Porterhouse steak, hand cut to 300g, Pork Ribs marinated in Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, or take on the mightly Mixed Grill Tower, not for the faint of heart or stomach. Whatever you choose you will not leave hungry! All meals are served with chips.
